The words of a song repeat in your head all day; you see a word or phrase―on a billboard, on a passing truck, on a sign in a store window. Reading a book, a newspaper, or comic, you are struck by a phrase that makes you stop for a moment and reflect on its meaning. A random word or phrase seems to come to mind out of nowhere in the middle of a sun salutation in yoga class, or a comment is overheard in conversation. These are the echoes of the soul.

They come in different forms: the image of the last leaf remaining on the tree by your back door, the sound of birds in early spring, the light of a full moon in the morning before the sun rises, or through the shutters in your bedroom the night before.
