Moreover, an attempt to make a connection between FMEA and human factors will be made. And only those factors that seriously affect the process. People play an important role in the development of software systems. A short description of the factors will be made - grouped and organized in logical charts. The last but not the least, a web-based tool will be presented, which will help the FMEA team to conduct a successful process and easily organize its work.
