Learn to Read and Spell with Ricardo's English Word Grid(TM)

Ricardo’s English Word Grid™ system is completely new to the market and revolutionary for education. It is a learn to read, write and spell phonics-based system that introduces children to words in a very organised and systematic way. The simple and easy-to-use Ricardo’s English Word Grid™ system comprises multiple volumes based on specific word family endings. The volumes’ layout and design is unique, and children and educators alike will find it simply a joy to read and learn from. It is truly fantastic!

Ricardo’s English Word Grid™ Volume 1 Reference Book introduces 230 short vowel, three-letter words in a well-designed systematic grid, with beautiful, engaging full colour illustrations representing each word in the grid.

In each separate chapter, a different consonant letter meets the short vowels to make all of the rhyming word families that end with that specific consonant; e.g. letter B meets the short vowels to make ‘ab, eb, ib, ob, ub’ word families; and Letter D meets the short vowels to make ‘ad, ed, id, od, ud’ word families and so on.

All illustrations have been joyously created, especially for Learning with Ricardo Reading Mouse® children’s educational resources, so you won’t see them anywhere else.

Together with engaging illustrations and an inspirational word grid layout, hours of enriched interaction and enjoyment is ensured for young children, who are learning to read and spell.

Perfect for your home or school classroom English literacy reading, spelling, vocabulary and creative writing lessons, book corner or home borrowing library program.

Children will enjoy having this book, accessible for easy reference when learning to read, write & spell, their short vowel three-letter CVC ( consonant-vowel-consonant) words.
