Once Upon A Wednesday

After years of managing people, designing strategies for success, and striving for organizational excellence, the author desired to build greater connections with the managers and teams who reported to her. So, one Wednesday, she stopped the constant asking for more and sent this message instead.

The positive feedback she received to the 'life is good' message was overwhelming. Managers smiled and responded with, "OMG, I really needed this today." "This makes me smile." "Thanks, I appreciate this so much." "WOW, nice boss!" 

So began the author's Wednesday Wish journey. It started with wanting to do something kind and nice for her leaders. In turn, they did something kind and nice for her... they were grateful.

Each week, she pondered the next message, the next important insight she could share to help leaders succeed and let them know she was thinking about them as individuals.

This book is a collection of Wednesday Wishes created and sent over several years. Sprinkled throughout the messages is a bit of the author, her life and loves, and certainly her love to create the next generation of leaders around her.
