SERIAL KILLER

Brooklyn, heavy rain, a red Spider cutting through the night, and a phone call no parent ever wants to make: their daughter is missing, and the police have already closed the file.

In Serial Killer, Ana White - former NYPD Homicide detective turned private investigator, too sharp and too broken to play by the rules - is hired to find Brenda Harrys, seventeen years old, vanished into thin air. The trail drags her through teenage bedrooms that still smell of dreams, shady clubs like the Velvet Room, and crime scenes that burn into your retinas and don't let go.

Meanwhile, in an abandoned cold-storage warehouse beneath the Manhattan Bridge, someone is playing with time and fear: cages, flickering neon, the stink of mold and rotting meat, girls locked up counting passing trains just to stay sane. A predator who knows police procedures, codes and system loopholes a little too well.

To save Brenda, Ana is forced back into the world she walked away from: NYPD corridors, old colleagues, a commanding officer with more shadows than medals, and a sequence of numbers carved into victims' bodies that, at some point, leads straight to her phone. She has to figure out whether she's hunting a serial killer... or whether she's the real target.

Serial Killer is a dark, tight, claustrophobic thriller: no redemption arcs, no neat light at the end of the tunnel. Just a race against time where every decision can turn a missing girl into a body to be identified.
