However, the usual examples used to describe concepts and methods of usability evaluation are often simple applications such as online shops or websites. In contrast, this book deals with more complex examples such as systems for information analysis and decision-making. Unlike simple applications, these systems have completely different characteristics and operating requirements due to their complex tasks, which also influence usability evaluation.
