This book is an attempt to bring together various and diverse scientific areas of research that have the common theme of wave propagation phenomena. There are few branches of Science and Engineering in which wave propagation phenomena do not have a part to play. Roe, University of Michigan, USA, deals with state-of-the-art numerical methods with novel applications. The book is suitable for scientists and engineers in all areas involving wave propagation.
