Stinkin' Thinkin'

The Word of God tells us to put on the mind of Christ. This is more than just positive thinking. This entails looking at things from a heavenly perspective, moving from Victim to Victor, from Obstacles to Opportunities and from the attitude of I Can't - it is impossible to I can because through Christ all things ae possible. Over the years I have been in ministry, I have used the term "Stinkin' Thinkin" in my role as Professor, and now President of the Evangelical Bible College and Seminary. It wasn't until I started diving into writing that Dr. Ellis coined the phrase "Stinkin Thinkin," and others like Zig Ziglar have spoken about it. I am not here to redo what others have done, but hopefully, add my thoughts and experience of over 45 years of ministry to help the reader recognize and overcome Stinkin Thinkin. My Associate Pastor kept saying every time I would the term, "You should write a book on Stinkin thinkin." So here we go! For those of you who just thought, I've heard it before, I don't need no Stinkin Thinkin book, THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU! It's for me as well. I pray this book will be an encouragement to you to live a life of right thinking and to recognize and get rid of your Stinkin thinkin Jesus name.
