The Howl of the Whisper

Maybe your inner critic isn't the one holding on, but you're holding on to your inner critic. You can choose to let go.

Chock-full of raw honesty, humor, and compassion, this book is for people tired of settling for less than they were created to be, and ready to finally live life on their terms. To do so, you must quiet the inner critic that keeps you cycling in fear, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and, at times, even shame.

Executive Leadership Consultant and Advanced Certified Gallup® Strengths Coach MaryAnn Gramig shows you how to reclaim your power or maybe find it for the first time. Beginning life in foster care before being adopted and surviving childhood trauma, she felt voiceless for decades. Then a traumatic event involving her daughter woke her up to the fiction of her own life-she gets it.

Through relatable stories, rich analogies, client examples, and pause and practice exercises, The Howl of the Whisper will show you how to:

• Discover the origins of your inner critic and discover your unique strengths
• Find the voice of the Authentic You through the noise
• Live the life you were meant for
• Lead with fearless authenticity at work, home, and in your personal life

Your voice matters. You don't just deserve to be heard-the rest of us need to hear you.
