The Sisterhood

Fifteen-year-old Opportunae dreams of becoming a hero. When her world's waters begin to vanish and her mother's life hangs in the balance, she can no longer wait to become one. With her dragon best friend, Aurora, at her side, "Oppie" sets out to save the magical resources her people depend on. Their journey draws them into the Sisterhood-a formidable alliance of female warriors, sorceresses, and mythical beings whose legacy reaches back to King Arthur. But the first battle is only the beginning. A ruthless, shape-shifting dragon named Royzendeus has ambitions that threaten far more than their home.

Across enchanted forests, hidden realms, and distant galaxies, Oppie and Aurie must gather unlikely allies and discover powers they are only beginning to understand. Against an enemy determined to control minds and conquer worlds, can two young heroines turn friendship into a force strong enough to resist him? Weaving Arthurian legend and global mythology into a young adult fantasy adventure, Alison Clarke's The Sisterhood: Book One celebrates courageous girls, extraordinary dragons, and the strength of standing together. For readers drawn to magical quests, diverse heroines, and friendships worth fighting for, this is an invitation to discover the power of belonging-and the courage to become who you are.
